SHKP Club has been actively organising a number of member activities in 2023, including newly staging the property-themed seminars series at property show flats featuring different experts, a member-exclusive guided tour to visit the units and facilities of the all-new seafront leasing project, arranging a dedicated session for members and their children to take the lead in experiencing the unique amusement facilities at SHKP malls, and holding the territory-wide "Most Heartfelt Home Moments" Competition to promote the Loving Home Spirit. We also continue to collect valuable feedback from members on properties in real time through our interactive digital devices to realise digitalisation and strengthen the quality of the Group's properties and services, and we provide members with diverse property benefits, and offers on leisure, shopping, and dining.

Thanks to your support, the number of SHKP Club members has now exceeded 500,000. Heading into the new year, we will adopt “Creating a Loving Home” as our theme for next year's Loving Home series. Through related activities, we aim to encourage everyone to grow with their families, overcome challenges together, and create ideal new spaces. We will first hold the "Creating Loving Home Together" competition for which we sincerely invite you to share heartwarming stories in your families, such as inspiring each other to unleash creativity, earnest dedication to the home, as well as companionship and love with your loved ones, to build more fruitful and fulfilling family life.
